Step 1: Identify the Issue

Step 2: Locate the Meridian Points

NET involves working with meridian points, which are specific points on the body that correspond to different organs and systems. To locate the meridian points, you can use the following guidelines:

Stress Point (SP6): This point is located on the inner ankle, between the Achilles tendon and the anklebone. Press down on this point firmly.
Heart 7 (HT7): This point is located on the wrist, between the wrist crease and the base of the thumb. Press down on this point firmly.
Stomach 36 (ST36): This point is located on the outer lower leg, three finger-widths below the kneecap and one finger-width away from the shinbone. Press down on this point firmly.

Step 3: Rate the Issue

Rate the intensity of the issue on a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being no pain or distress and 10 being the worst possible pain or distress. This will help you track your progress.

Step 4: Tap on the Meridian Points

If the issue is still present after performing NET, repeat the process as needed. It may take several sessions to fully resolve the issue.
